About Me
I've been a gearhead my entire life. I was introduced to cars by my father when I was about four years old. He made a living flipping classic cars—specifically Mopars—which earned him the nickname "Mopar Matt." Out of my three brothers, I was the one who loved going fast!
During my father's healthy years, I detailed his Cudas, GTXs, Challengers, Superbirds etc. (if you don't know what a Superbird is, do yourself a favor and Google it—you’ll be in awe!). My mom and dad are/were very old school: you work hard, you move out of the house by 18, and you take care of yourself. Sitting around doing nothing was never an option in our family.
Growing up, every summer my brother Joey and I spent working on our grandparents’ farm and wrenching on cars with my dad. At 15, I got my first job at Subway. That sucked—so I quit. Immediately after, my mom said, “Hey son, you’re now working at the pizza joint!” That, I actually liked.
Eventually, I started a career at Verizon, then transitioned into finance, and later into pharmaceutical sales. I've done well for myself—but none of it ever fueled my passion the way cars do. What I truly love is the automotive industry and engaging with the community. I can't bear to sit in front of another computer screen.
I’m here to be your automotive detailer—and your friend.
